The property is in move-in condition. The place is curated and staged to comfortably sleep five guests. All guest bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bedroom with a Smart TV and features a patio porch. The remaining two bedrooms have a queen size bed the other guest room has a twin bed and each room features a Smart TV of its own, and share a hallway bathroom. The family room is outfitted with a large Smart TV for your entertainment. The home has free WiFi throughout the entire property. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances with cooking essentials. There is a dining area that seats six and a breakfast bar for three. Guests are welcome to make use of the fenced patio. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle on the right side of the shared driveway. Street parking is available. We set out a welcome basket with snacks and K pods for the Keurig coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events.Children are welcome. This property does not allow pets. A 5% discount is applied to all stays beyond a week, and a 10% discount is reflected for stays beyond 30 nights. A 10% discount is applied on stays within 7 days of Check-in. **Important** Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG which provides identity verification. Please note that once you have booked, your booking confirmation will include your SUPERHOG verification link which will ask for your ID and identity information.
