The property is in move-in condition. The place is curated and staged to comfortably sleep five guests. All guest bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bedroom with a Smart TV and features a patio porch. The remaining two bedrooms have a queen size bed the other guest room has a twin bed and each room features a Smart TV of its own, and share a hallway bathroom. The family room is outfitted with a large Smart TV for your entertainment. The home has free WiFi throughout the entire property. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances with cooking essentials. There is a dining area that seats six and a breakfast bar for three. Guests are welcome to make use of the fenced patio. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle on the right side of the shared driveway. Street parking is available. We set out a welcome basket with snacks and K pods for the Keurig coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events.Children are welcome. This property does not allow pets. A 5% discount is applied to all stays beyond a week, and a 10% discount is reflected for stays beyond 30 nights. A 10% discount is applied on stays within 7 days of Check-in. **Important** Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG which provides identity verification.
