Booking Your Stay Is Easy
- Treat the accommodations as if it were your own home
- Be respectful of your neighbors, and any neighborhood rules
- No indoor furniture is to be used outside for any reason
- Keep the furniture clean and in good condition, not including normal wear and tear
- Report any damages to furniture to HouseStay and your Host immediately
- Tenant will be responsible for unreported damage beyond normal wear and tear
- Tenant is responsible for the cost of replacing any missing items post move out
Due At Booking Payment:
The move in costs must be paid within 24 hours after the host accepts the booking request (1st Months Rent + All Deposits & Fees).
Recurring Rent Payments:
The follow-on rent payments will be due every 30 nights (31 days) after the tenant moves into the property.
Security Deposit Refund:
After both the tenant and host have completed the move out checklist, the tenant will be refunded their security deposit within 21 days (varies by state) minus any damages.
