This charming 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is located in a desirable neighborhood near downtown Anchorage. Built in 1952, it has its unique character but has been lovingly maintained. You'll benefit from attentive landlords and enjoy a safe, family-friendly environment. Just a short walk away, you'll find Fire Island Bakery, access to bike trails, all three major hospitals, and UAA. This rental is available from November 1st through the end of April, 2025. We require a 3-month lease and one month's rent as a security deposit that is refundable assuming no damage has been caused to the home and all furnishings, decor, and art are still in-tact upon move out. There is a $300 move-out fee for a deep clean upon move out that comes from the security deposit. This is all outlined in our lease. If you would like to do a walk-through, please reach out to us. Pets are not allowed. Drugs are not allowed on our property. Smoking is not allowed on our property. We have a security alarm installed on the home that is actively monitored by Guardian Security.
