About this space: The home has a single-story layout divided into two separate units, each with its own private entrance. This duplex has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The place is curated and staged to comfortably welcome 4 guests. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other bedroom has two Twin Single sized beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The living room is outfitted with a Smart TV for your entertainment. The home has free WiFi throughout the entire property. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances with cooking essentials. There is a dining area that seats four and the home also has a laundry closet with a washer and dryer for guest use. We set out a welcome basket with snacks and K pods for the Keurig coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events, children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. 5% discount applied to all stays beyond a week, and a 10% discount is reflected for stays beyond 30 nights.
