There are many nearby hiking and biking trails for outdoor enthusiasts. This home is also just a 12-minute drive to the Lake Blue Ridge Marina. Lake Blue Ridge is a jewel in the midst of north Georgia mountains with its boating, skiing, jet skiing, kayaking and fishing. Lake Blue Ridge is a 3,290-acre lake with full-service marina, public swimming and picnic areas. Access: Guests will access the property with a smartlock code provided the morning of check-in. Space: This two-story mountain escape is located atop a hill and surrounded by trees, while still being close to everything you might want. The heart of the home is the living room featuring an open living area and a gas fireplace perfect for cozy nights together. Your group will appreciate that each floor has its own HVAC zone, as well as its own deck to take in the unparalleled mountain views. A hot tub on the lower deck will be a great gathering place for sipping your favorite beverage and watching the sunset. The primary bedroom is on the main floor with an ensuite bathroom featuring a garden tub and tile shower. There is an additional bedroom and bathroom on the main level. On the lower level are two more bedrooms, a bathroom with heated floors, and a game room with a pool table and bar area. Transit: Having a car is strongly recommended, as Ubers and Lyft, while in the area, may not be the most reliable.
