This home is also just an 11-minute drive to the Lake Blue Ridge Marina. Lake Blue Ridge is a jewel in the midst of north Georgia mountains with its boating, skiing, jet skiing, kayaking and fishing. Lake Blue Ridge is a 3,290-acre lake with full-service marina, public swimming and picnic areas. Access: Guests will access the property with a smartlock code provided the morning of check-in. The living room centers around a cozy wood-burning brick fireplace and a charming ladder up to the loft lounge. There’s also a basement game room with skeeball and other games. The detached guest house studio includes a queen size bed and a pull out couch, as well as its own bathroom, kitchenette, and living room area with a TV.
