For your convenience we can help you arrange: • Special requests (i.e., flowers, wine, etc.) • Concierge grocery service • Chef/entertainment • Massages Guests will have full private access to the entire house. Guests will access the house via smart lock system using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to your arrival via text and email. We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by e-mail or text during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed. Quiet family-friendly suburban community of single family homes. Easily accessible by Car, Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service is readily available in this area. Important Information Renters must be over 21 years of age. Wire transfers are not permitted. STRICT NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERING POLICY We enforce a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. Any and all noise must be kept to a minimum each night beginning at 10:00 PM. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500 and evicted from the property immediately. NO SMOKING Amenities include free WIFI, Smart TVs w Streaming Apps, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, one trash bag per trash can.
