Welcome to Good Hotel Boston! Stay in the heart of Boston’s historic and popular South End Neighborhood in an amazing studio with everything you need! The historic location will allow you to truly live like a Bostonian and have an authentic Boston experience! Booking a deluxe studio will see you benefit from great Wi-Fi, a very comfy bed, and modern kitchen appliances. There’s an ensuite bathroom with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Plus, there’s a full kitchen downstairs (with oven, large fridge/freezer, and dishwasher), and laundry facilities. The Concord offers you an authentic Boston brownstone building in a fantastic location. Instead of the hassle of a front desk and check-in, you’ll have an easy self-check-in process backed up by a team supporting you 24/7 – you can drop bags off early too, just tell me 24 hours in advance. No one likes working too much, but there’s a desk and plenty of plug sockets, HDMI cable plus that great wifi in case you do. Parking is $30 a day. If you are staying for 14 nights or more you will receive 10% off and it will be $18 a day. If you are staying for 30 nights or more you will receive 15% off and it will be $17 a day. Off-site monthly parking rates run from $500 min up to $1,000 per month. You must pre-reserve parking by calling/messaging me. The location is awesome with plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants close by and a walk score of 97. Fenway Park and Downtown are close by too! We've designed this space for mature guests, so if you're 21 or older, you can instantly book! If you're under 21, no worries: you are still able to book with a double (2x) pre-authorization (see bullet #4). You can start your relaxing stay with us at 3:00 pm, and we kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 am so we can prepare for our next lovely guests. For everyone's safety and in line with the city's guidelines for hospitality, we'll need the names and birth dates of all our wonderful guests before arrival. This quick step ensures a smooth check-in! Failure to provide this information may result in delayed check-in / or denied access to the building. ------------- 1) Friendly Reminders & House Etiquette -Parties, smoking, and drug use aren't allowed. If you've got some furry friends or additional guests, just let us know in advance. -We hope you'll enjoy every culinary delight Denver offers! Just a heads up to clear out the fridge before you leave. -For a tranquil night's sleep for everyone, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. If you fancy some extra relaxation time on your departure day, do note there's a $100 fee per hour for late check-outs. -To ensure a safe environment for all our guests, there's a small $7.50 fee for our community safety charge. While it's rare, if there are any felonies or misdemeanors on your background, we won’t be able to allow access and the cancellation policy will be applied. -We have a simple pre-authorization hold depending on your stay duration, which gets released right back to you at check-out. 2) Pet-Friendly Haven -We're overjoyed to open our doors to your cherished cats and dogs with open arms. While we welcome most breeds, we do have some safety considerations regarding certain breeds. -To sweeten the deal, we offer a daily pet fee of just $30 per pet, up to a maximum of 15 days. For extended stays of 15 days or more, the cost is capped at a tail-wagging $150 per pet. We believe in making sure your pets feel right at home without breaking the bank. -We understand that sometimes one pet just isn't enough! That's why we happily accept up to 2 pets per booking. If you're planning to bring more than two, simply give us a bark, and we'll guide you through the process, which may include a refundable admin hold. -Your pet's safety is our top priority.
