Booking a great value cute and quaint smaller studio will see you benefit from great Wi-Fi, a very comfy bed, and modern kitchen appliances while saving money. There’s an ensuite bathroom with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. The small studio still has everything you need, just a cozier environment. The Concord offers you an authentic Boston brownstone building in a fantastic location. Instead of the hassle of a front desk and check-in, you’ll have an easy self-check-in process backed up by a team supporting you 24/7 – you can drop bags off early too, just tell me 24 hours in advance. The photos are representative of the space the layout and color scheme may be slightly different. Additional amenities and benefits are offered: Need a car? Luxury cars are available for car rental (additional fee applies). Looking to explore the area or soak up the culture? Discounted tours and activities are included in your stay. If you're under 21, no worries: you are still able to book with a double (2x) pre-authorization (see bullet #4). You can start your relaxing stay with us at 3:00 pm, and we kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 am so we can prepare for our next lovely guests. For everyone's safety and in line with the city's guidelines for hospitality, we'll need the names and birth dates of all our wonderful guests before arrival.
