Welcome to Good Hotel in Boston!This a comortable studio located in the heart of Boston's historic South End neighborhood with modern amenities, including great Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, an ensuite bathroom, and modern kitchen appliances. The kitchen is located downstairs, and it also features a large fridge, oven, dishwasher, and laundry facilities. We offer an authentic Boston experience in a historic brownstone building, with an easy self-check-in process and 24/7 support. This is a premier studio located in the heart of Boston's historic South End neighborhood. The studio offers a spacious and comfortable living space with modern amenities, including great Wi-Fi. The studio features an ensuite bathroom with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Please note that the photos are representative of the space and amenities, and the layout and furniture may be different. It's important to fully read the house rules before booking and reach out if you have any queries. The facilities are subject to local Covid-19 regulations, please check the Boston City Council website for the latest updates. Accessing your studio: There is no elevator in the building, it is a Brownstone building with up to 6 flights of stairs. Check-in is anytime from 3 pm, and options are available for early bag drop-off or storage after check-out for a small fee via Radical Storage. The heating will be on in the building until mid-May as per Massachusetts law. There is an in-window AC unit in the studio that can be individually set. Your studio has a kitchenette as well as a smaller fridge. A full shared kitchen and dining area is downstairs with an oven, dishwasher, full fridge/freezer, and more kitchen amenities. Laundry facilities are available in the basement of the building, free of charge but please do not use it between 11 am and 3 pm. Parking is $30 a day, and discounts are available for longer stays. A Community Safety Charge is run for all guests with a small fee, and a refundable pre-authorized admin hold is required for any incidentals. The minimum age for booking is 21 years old. Pets are welcome for a small daily fee, certain breeds are not allowed. House rules include quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am, treating the studio like a home, no parties, no unauthorized guests, no smoking, drugs, excessive noise, or excessive cleaning. Any damages will be charged for, and a full summary of the house rules is available before check-in. Noise monitoring and security cameras are in place in the building (not inside the apartments) and the studio has a max occupancy of 2, no extra guests are allowed. STR#45765 Welcome! If you're under 21, no worries: you are still able to book with a double (2x) pre-authorization (see bullet #4). You can start your relaxing stay with us at 3:00 pm, and we kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 am so we can prepare for our next lovely guests. For everyone's safety and in line with the city's guidelines for hospitality, we'll need the names and birth dates of all our wonderful guests before arrival. This quick step ensures a smooth check-in!
