Please note that once you have booked, your booking confirmation will include your SUPERHOG verification link which will ask for your ID and identity information. This must be completed prior to check-in as it is a requirement of booking. A 10% discount is applied on stays beyond 30 nights, and a 5% discount on stays beyond a week. During your stay, you will have access to the entire home plus a 2-car garage. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV to allow you to access all of your favorite shows. Each bedroom has fresh linens and Smart TVs. There is a king-size master bedroom and two queen-size guest bedrooms. We strive to ensure our guests have all the amenities of a luxury hotel with a lot more space. You are welcome to make use of the propane grill! The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with cooking basics. The countertops are brand new granite, stainless steel appliances and the floor is new tile. We set out a welcome tray with snacks, tea bags, and pods for the Keurig K Cups coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events. Children and pets are welcome, pet fees apply. *The single-story property entry doors are wheelchair-friendly, but please be aware that inside doors may not be wide enough. Additionally, note that the bed heights may pose a challenge as they are a bit tall. To enhance your experience, we recommend traveling with essential accessibility aids. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Both alterations are based exclusively on availability. We require ample time to meet sanitation standards before each new guest. Please inquire about your date range, as there are no guarantees. There is an additional fee of $20 for every hour before or after standard time for each accommodated request. There is a 15 minute grace period after 10 am check-out, a $25 fee ensues every 15 minutes thereafter. If you need to check-in before our 10 am check-out time, and or need to check-out after our 4 pm check-in time; We require the additional night to be booked to accommodate your request.
