This home has been updated and outfitted specifically to meet guests' needs. The property comfortably accommodates more than 16 guests. There is an office workspace a movie room, a formal and informal dining room each seats six, and an eat-in kitchen bar for four. The master bedroom has a two queen size bed and its own en suite bathroom with a copper soaking tub and walk-in shower with double vanity sinks. The three remaining bedrooms share two bathrooms, and each room has a Smart TV, fresh bed, and bath linens. You are welcome to make use of the patio furniture under the covered gazebo lanai and private pool! There is also a fire pit and an observation deck. The garage is not accessible to guests, additionally, the property is fenced but is not pet-proof. The kitchen has granite countertops, an island, stainless steel appliances, kitchenware, and cookware essentials. We set out a welcome tray with snacks, tea bags, and pods for the Keurig K Cups coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events. Children and pets are welcome, pet fees apply. A 5% discount is applied to all stays beyond a week, and a 10% discount is reflected for stays beyond 30 nights. **Important** Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG which provides identity verification. Please note that once you have booked, your booking confirmation will include your SUPERHOG verification link which will ask for your ID and identity information. This must be completed prior to check-in as it is a requirement of booking. House Rules: Our mission is to extend a welcoming space where guests can take away memories. Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Both alterations are based exclusively on availability. We require ample time to meet sanitation standards before each new guest. There is a 15-minute grace period after 10 am check-out, a $25 fee ensues every 15 minutes thereafter.
