Located just across the highway from the Air Force Academy's North Gate. This home features 6 large bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen with seating for 6, and a back porch with beautiful mountain views. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a 2 car driveway and plenty of street parking. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to some of the newest things to do in Colorado Springs. We really enjoy Top Golf, Overdrive Raceway, Boot Barn Hall at Bourbon Brothers, and AirCity360, which is only 1 mile away. (Slots fill up fast, make sure to call ahead and book your reservations) The North Entrance to the Air Force Academy is only 1.6 miles away so you can easily enjoy football games, watch the cadets fly gliders, & have a family gathering place for graduation week. Interstate-25 is only 1 mile away which will quickly get you to downtown Colorado Springs, Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. We highly recommend checking out the U.S. Olympic Museum, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, and Pikes Peak (all within a 30-minute drive) For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. For stays 30-59 nights it will be $230 and each additional 30 night block of your stay will be an additional $80
