We can't wait to welcome you to your home away from home. There is no Garage access at this time. DreamBnB has an entire team here in the Colorado Springs area for anything that guests my needs. We do prefer that all communication stays in the booking app unless an emergency. Please look for posted Check Before You Burn signs to follow all Colorado burning laws. For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers licence, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. For stays 30-59 nights it will be $230 and each additional 30 night block of your stay will be an additional $80
