All reservations require a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and credit card authorization. A copy of a government-issued ID will be required. Due to an increase in fraudulent reservations, we will send a DocuSign form requesting a copy of the ID and credit card. This information will be submitted through a secure link and deleted 15 days after checkout. *Note: Pool heat is complimentary for up to 3 days if requested for the entire stay. The use of the BBQ grill is free, but the propane is the guest's responsibility Important Information: This is a self-catering home; please purchase personal toiletries and groceries from the nearest supermarket. Florida law prohibits leaving open food items between guest stays, so no food, condiments, or coffee will be provided. Pool Heat is optional and may take 24-48 hours to warm up during colder weather. It must be requested at least 3 days prior to check-in. The pool heat works through heat exchange and might not function in weather near freezing temperatures.
