Welcome to White Sands by Boutiq! This newly-renovated and professionally-designed home is located within walking distance to the white sands of the Emerald Coast beach. The property is equipped with a private pool and hot tub, and access to a community center with tennis courts, gym, and pool. Enjoy all that 30A offers, including great restaurants, art galleries and shopping. White Sands has all of the amenities you need for a relaxing beach vacation, whether on the water or spending a day in. Notes: The beach is an 8 minute walk away from the property. The walk is very short and all flat (no hills). Leaving the house towards the neighborhood entrance you will come in through, you will reach the small highway where there is a crosswalk. Crossing over, there will be several gated entrances to the beach which we provide the code for. All directions and instructions are included in our house manual sent upon booking. Please be sure to carefully read all of this information! The property is located within a gated community. Please note there is no street parking allowed, cars will be towed. Pool heating is available upon request for $50/day (2 day minimum) plus tax. Please reach out to our team if you would like to add this amenity to your stay. Please note that this home is located within an HOA community where the restrictions are strictly enforced. HOA guidelines will be provided at booking, and any fines for violations will be the responsibility of the guests. Crossing over, there will be the beach which is public access. Access: The home has a large driveway that can fit 4 Cars MAX as well as a garage that can fit 1 car. The property will be accessed through the smartlock on the front door. The codes to this lock will be sent on the morning of check-in. Upon arriving to the house, guests will drive up the driveway towards the front of the house. Guests are welcome to enter through the garage or the front door, both codes will be given. If entering through the front door, you will be greeted with the home's tall ceilings and open space. Garage, laundry, and a half bath are located to your right, as well as the thermostat that controls the downstairs temperature.
