Contact me directly for more information. This home on Glynn Road is made for large groups and families. The driveway can hold up to 4 cars (free parking!). University Circle is less than a few miles away, which gives you access to Little Italy, Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland Art Museum, CWRU, and a variety of restaurants and bakeries. Walk to the local Forest Hills Park or grab coffee at the nearby Starbucks. This home has hardwood floors throughout. The living room is set up for relaxing. There's a Smart TV with Roku hookup and an L-shaped couch. Fast WiFi too. The dining room seats 4 people and connects to the kitchenette area for additional eating (seats 4 people). The screened-in porch connects to the dining room - great for evening drinks or morning coffee and reading. The kitchen comes with all cookware, stove/oven, and fridge. NOTE: no dishwasher. There is a half bathroom on first floor. Head up the stairs to the second floor to find two bedrooms and the master bedroom. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, a huge walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a standing shower, toilet, and sink. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed and full bed. There's a second full bathroom too. The third floor attic suite is incredibly quiet. It has two single beds and a bathroom with a claw-foot tub, sink, and toilet. The finished basement works well for storing items, and there's a space for doing laundry. We provide a washer and dryer.

Guests who book a stay of 60 days or more are subject to reimburse us directly for utility usage EXCEPT Wifi and security system. For a full house of 6 people, monthly utilities tend to run between $400 to $450 per month. A CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU ONCE YOU CHECK IN. This is an older house located in a wooded area of East Cleveland. It's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. Rest assured we do a very thorough cleaning before each guest arrives and take all precautions to ensure that pests do not enter the house. In the RARE EVENT that you happen to see a mouse inside the house, PLEASE ALERT LINDSEY RIGHT AWAY AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM.
