Enjoy the warmth of the indoor fireplace or take in the view of the surrounding forest through large sliding glass doors leading to the deck. For some indoor fun, head to the game room equipped with arcade games and foosball. Kitchen Prepare your favorite meals in the open concept kitchen, complete with granite countertops, bar seating, and a large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances and a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. Access the deck directly from the kitchen for an easy outdoor dining experience. Outdoor Space Our spacious outdoor area offers a deck with comfortable seating, a grill for those BBQ nights, a hot tub, and a fire pit with lots of seating to gather around under the stars. Enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding woodland from your private outdoor haven. Bedrooms -1st Bedroom: Sleep comfortably in the first bedroom featuring two double beds. -2nd Bedroom: Cozy queen bed for a relaxing night's sleep. -3rd Bedroom: Enjoy the spacious room with a king bed and large TV. -4th Bedroom: Offers a comfortable king bed for a restful night. -5th Bedroom: Retreat to the fifth bedroom featuring a king bed and large TV. Guest Access: All our homes are accessible via smart lock, you will receive details the morning of check in. We are always a message or phone call away, and we will send someone to the house promptly if there are any issues that need onsite help. Getting Around: We strongly recommend rental vehicles, however Uber and Lyft may be available in the area. Other Things to Note: 1) This home is dog-friendly! Once your booking is confirmed and you have let us know the number of dogs traveling with you, you'll receive a payment request for the dog fee of $150 for the first dog and $50 per additional dog (maximum 5 dogs total), plus any applicable taxes. The dog fee is non-refundable and helps ensure dog-related allergens are cleaned for future guests. Please note that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds, and there may be extra cleaning costs if excessive dog hair is found that cannot be removed through standard cleaning methods. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets other than dogs. 2) Cameras: Outdoor cameras are used for security purposes and are checked only in case of emergency. Cameras are not used to monitor guest behavior, nor do they face inside the home. Locations: over the garage and facing the backyard. 3) Coffee: All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig.
