Guests at The Paraiso Residences have private access to parking reserved for the condos, with easy access to the plaza and the marina. Guest Access: Paraiso Residences is a brand new luxury community located on Cabo Marina with private entrance. The community is located above Puerto Paraiso mall. The Neighborhood: 5 minute walk to Medano Beach, very safe for swimming. Getting Around: Taxis are readily available downstairs at the mall. Walking to restaurants and activities is recommended. The best swimming beach in Cabo is a five minute walk away. *Note, UBER is brand new in Cabo. I have not used it enough to recommend with confidence. Other Things to Note: This is in a very safe area of Cabo. The complex has security patrol and there are bi-lingual tourist police located on marina. There are no gas appliances in the unit, all electrical. Local list of restaurants and activities are available upon request.
