In-unit laundry, utilities included, wifi... all the amenities of home Cozy and spacious 3 story home with the master bedroom & bathroom, Kitchen, living room, and half bath on the main (2nd level); secondary guest bedroom with twin bunk beds, twin trundle bed that converts into a king, second full bath, and office space with a desk and a sofa that converts into a bunk bed on the thrid level; and a large heated garage space with work out equipment and laundry room on the basement [1st] level. The laundry room (washer and dryer) in a room in the garage, which is conjoined with the apartment. Smoke free environment. Guests are able to utilize the deck, back yard, and side yard of the property. The drive way will be shared with other guests. Guests can reach us via the messaging app at any time. Please allow at least 1-2 hour response time during the work week due to job restrictions and availability limitations. If messages are late at night please allow us time to see your message upon waking up in the morning. The home is located up a dirt road and across a trailer park on the left-hand-side. The entrance to the house is on the right. There is another apartment unit in the basement. Please rech out if you would aslo like to book this space. AWD or 4WD are highly recommended in Alaskan winter months This property is accessed through its own priavate entrance and is securely partitioned from the basement apartment by a deadbolt door leading to the shared laundry room in the garage. While both units utilize the laundry space, rest assured, each entrance is independently lockable, ensuring your safety and privacy. Please NO SMOKING in or around the property. Please know that in accordance with the Alaska Landlord Tenant act we require a signed lease agreement; an increased management fee of $230 for the first 59 nights (which goes towards supplement insurance), and then $80 for each 30 day block after 59 nights; and a completed background check through Safely to completely validate your reservations over 30 nights.…
