Elegant 3-bedroom, 2-bath house in a serene natural setting, perfectly situated for aurora viewing from the house, front porch, or deck. We’re 13 miles from the Fairbanks and North Pole amenities, restaurants, & shops. Only 20-25 minutes to Eielson AFB & Ft Wainwright, we are an ideal location for work, relaxation, adventure or all three! In-unit laundry! Welcome to your serene getaway! This charming retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and comfort with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all within an inviting open floor plan. The main level features a spacious wrap-around porch, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a quiet evening. Inside, you'll find a full kitchen, a convenient laundry area, and a vaulted ceiling living room that enhances the sense of openness. A cozy office nook and a 4-season sun room provide stunning Aurora views without the chill, making it a year-round haven. Upstairs, the two additional bedrooms include a master suite complete with a jacuzzi tub. This retreat is designed for ultimate relaxation and comfort, making it the perfect escape from everyday life. The whole house is yours to enjoy. We value your privacy and strive to give you the space you need to fully enjoy your stay. Rest assured, we’re just a message away and always available to assist with any issues or questions that may arise. 4WD or AWD and good winter tires are highly recommended during winter months. (moderately-steep driveway) Please keep windows closed and keep the thermostat between 68-70 degrees. Thermostat changes will be gradual and temps will take hours to adjust. Please note that if you would like to utilize the fire pit area or the indoor wood burning stove we do NOT provide fire wood. We have an emergency supply of firewood on the property that is only to be used if instructed to do so by our management team in the case of a winter storm emergencies. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. In accordance with the Alaska Landlord Tenant act we require a signed lease for stays over 30 days; insurance fee of $230 for the first 59 nights and then $80 for each 30 day block after 59 nights; and a completed background check through Safely Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected. Upon completing your reservation, we will provide you with an optional third-party Travel Insurance policy.
