More Details
This is a completely private casita with its own garage and its own front door. There are no shared spaces at all, which provides a very quiet private space to live in. Our home was built in 2018, fairly new property with modern amenities. Across your driveway has zero neighbors and instead there is a waterway with a path that leads to a large grass park. This waterway is a flowing creek with lots of different seasonal birds and ducks along the waterline. A jogging path leads around well manicured grass Layton Lakes and beyond, great for morning walks or exercise. Property is located close to freeway access and a very large outdoor strip mall with all of the big box stores, restaurants, and quick bites.
