Fully furnished with quality dishware, flatware, cooking tools and furnishings, this well-appointed and lovingly maintained 2-bedroom ohana sits behind the main house and enjoys privacy and amazing sunrises from the spacious, partially covered lanai. Facing east, it is perfect for quiet morning coffee, meditation or yoga. Rent includes Spectrum hi-speed internet and propane for the Electrolux dual-fuel chef's range. Front load LG washer and dryer are conveniently located in the bathroom. Super quiet Bosch dishwasher and new LG fridge round out the kitchen appliances. The entire indoor space has just been repainted, there are 2 brand new queen beds for each of the bedrooms with quality cotton bedding. There is a new Weber propane BBQ on the lanai. Kitchen knives are Wustof and cookware is All-Clad and Calphalon. Crate & Barrel dishes. We live in a quiet neighborhood in lower West Haiku. You can easily walk to the P.O., grocery store, restaurants and food trucks (within 10 minutes) or just a 2-minute drive. It is 8-12 minute drive to Ho'okipa, Paia Town or Baldwin Beach Park and 25 minutes to the OGG airport in Kahului. We know our neighbors well and have a great community. Quiet & respectful, we all enjoy that aspect. Renter is responsible for electrical and 1/3-1/2 of water bill... depending on how many tenants. Ideally, the home is set up for 2 persons. Lawn care is also included, as is reasonable garbage pickup. We take care of our things and our property and expect our tenants to do the same. There is off-street parking for 2 cars just 20 feet from the front door. No smoking, vaping or drugs on property. No pets, as I have a feline farm manager who likes to be the 'big deal' ... No room for other pets. If you like peaceful, quiet mornings, awaken to the sound of tropical birds and a gorgeous sunrise or going to sleep watching the stars from your hammock or bedroom window, and you value the tranquility of the north shore of Maui, it may be a good fit. If you like to play loud music, that is a deal breaker. We are looking for quiet, clean and conscientious tenants to share the property. No DRAMA or partiers.
