The space has been curated for both a short-term and long-term stay in Downtown Houston in a great modern apartment. You’ll be close to all of the local sights and sounds as well as benefit from a safe and secure, deep-cleaned space to chill out and relax in. The Caroline is an upscale, modern complex in downtown Houston and is located only a few minutes away from Midtown. Your home-from-home is expertly crafted and equipped with spectacular amenities, as well as a breathtaking view of the city from your private balcony or patio. You will have access to a sparkling pool and tanning deck ideal for unwinding with friends. Take advantage of the interactive fitness center fully equipped with free weights and art machines. You simply won't find more centrally located Houston luxury apartments with unbeatable homes and close access to all the city has to offer! You will also benefit from fast wifi of up to 100 MBPS for both work and streaming plus there's a business center on-site with printing available too. Bringing extra guests is great – there’s no additional nightly charge, just a refundable deposit for them! A secure, gated parking space is included! Additional amenities and benefits are offered: Looking to explore the area or soak up the culture? Discounted tours and activities are included in your stay. Need to drop bags off early or store them after check out? Options are available for you for a very small fee via Radical Storage. I've got a list of local sites. Quiet Hours are from 22:00 to 08:00 Essentially treat this like a home-from-home: no parties, no unauthorized guests, no smoking, drugs, excessive noise, or excessive cleaning. Anything broken or damaged, you will be charged for, please let us know in advance. A full summary is available before you check-in The Price is based on up to 4 people sharing the apartment you can bring extra guests for only $20 per person per night. House Rules Welcome! Please treat this home as your own and enjoy your stay in Houston! We've designed this space for mature guests, so if you're 21 or older, you can instantly book! If you're under 21, no worries: you are still able to book with a double (2x) pre-authorization (see bullet #4). You can start your relaxing stay with us at 3:00 pm, and we kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 am so we can prepare for our next lovely guests. For everyone's safety and in line with the city's guidelines for hospitality, we'll need the names and birth dates of all our wonderful guests before arrival. This quick step ensures a smooth check-in! Failure to provide this information may result in delayed check-in / or denied access to the building. ------------- 1) Friendly Reminders & House Etiquette -Parties, smoking, and drug use aren't allowed. If you've got some furry friends or additional guests, just let us know in advance. -We hope you'll enjoy every culinary delight Houston offers! Just a heads up to clear out the fridge before you leave. -For a tranquil night's sleep for everyone, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. If you fancy some extra relaxation time on your departure day, do note there's a $100 fee per hour for late check-outs. -Misplaced key, fob, or clicker is $500 to replace. -To ensure a safe environment for all our guests, there's a small $7.50 fee for our standard community service charge.
