The neighborhood itself is a very peaceful area with cottage-style homes that delight with their historical arquitecture. Memorial Park lies south of the neighborhood, allowing all visitors to engage in fun outdoor activities. Getting Around: 5 minutes to the beautifully green Memorial Park, 10 minutes to the beautiful Downtown of Houston and 15 minutes away from the Iconic Minute-Maid Park, home of the Houston Astros! Other Things to Note: - Parking: 2 Car garage is available for use. Please see photos in the listing pictures to get a better understanding of the parking. Please DO NOT BLOCK NEIGHBOR'S PARKING. ( Street parking is not allowed ) - Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so. - Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. - No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have queries or need clarification before booking. - Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. - No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. - Pool and Hot Tub: Maintenance is scheduled twice a week. The pool is not heated. Tub is heated. - Landscaping: Is done once a week. - Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed outside for security, none inside. - House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. - Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly.
