Welcome to your luxurious retreat, nestled between the renowned Sand Hollow Golf Course and the stunning Sand Hollow Reservoir. This exquisite 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement for your extended stay, with month-long to 1-year leases available. Monthly rent includes utilities. You must first enter the home through the front door. The front door has a keypad with a deadbolt. The code will be set to the last 4 digits of the phone number provided on your reservation. Type in your code and then twist the deadbolt to unlock. You may then enter and open the garage. There will be a garage door opener on the counter available for you to use for the duration of your stay. Guests will have total privacy and 24 hour check-in with keyless entry. Southern Utah Luxury Customer Care is available 24/7 via phone or text. The number is on the refrigerator. Sand Hollow Resort is a luxury resort community located in Hurricane, Utah, USA. The resort is situated on over 6,000 acres of scenic desert landscape, with stunning views of the surrounding red rock cliffs, Pine Valley mountain, and the sparkling waters of Sand Hollow Reservoir. The resort is a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts, offering a wide range of activities including golfing, hiking, biking, fishing, boating, and off-road adventures. The Sand Hollow Golf Course is a championship course that was named the #1 course in Utah by Golf Digest. The course features 18 holes, stunning views, and rigorous terrain that will challenge even the most experienced golfers. Amenities include pools, gym, trails, and common area. A car is needed to get around. Bikes would be a blast! Tava is a neighboring community that is separate from the Retreat, and it is not open to the public. Amenities for the pool itself are exclusively designed for that community. Southern Utah Luxury only provides the initial stocking of supplies for a reservation. Once supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing what more is needed. We are proud to support the Self Check-in capability for you. As part of our self-check-in system we require guests to place a card on file prior to check-in. This can be done by clicking on the following link to your guest portal. A link will be sent to you before check-in.
