Property Summary
Welcome to Sandy Bottoms. Enjoy one of the most open floor plans in southern Utah. Built in 2023, this home has 4100 square feet complete with one of the largest private heated pools and spa in the community. Located centrally between Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, and Snow Canyon, this home is the perfect base for exploring the natural beauty of southern Utah. On the main floor, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, large living room with jumbo couches, European style accordion doors that lead to the pool, two master bedrooms with king beds, and a 14-foot shuffleboard table. The crown jewel of the property is the pool which is controlled by a tablet in the home so you can set the temperature for the pool & spa, and control the pool lights. There is also a kiddo-friendly shallow area in the pool. The backyard also boasts furniture for outdoor dining, a fire pit, covered gas BBQ, and 12 chaise sun lounges. The second-floor features another living room with a huge sectional couch, ping-pong table, balcony with a fire pit overlooking the pool, queen bedroom, and two bunk rooms. The first bunk room has 3 queen beds, with the second bunk room containing 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds. All 5 bedrooms in the home have their own bathroom with oversize showers, and their own Smart TVs. Guests have access to both garages with parking inside for 3 vehicles, and a wide driveway which fits additional parking for up to 6 more vehicles. Additionally, the overflow parking area for your boat and off road vehicles is located conveniently just across from the driveway. Guests will have access to the entire home and pool. We have done our best to try and include all items you may need for your stay including pool towels, extra pillows and blankets, complete kitchen with all dishes, utensils, and appliances so you can prepare all your meals at home and don't have to go anywhere if you don't want to. This home is located in Elim Valley which is just minutes from Sand Hollow State Park where you can enjoy boating, playing on the beach, fishing, and off-roading at the dunes. The Elim Valley community has several amenities for its guests, including two pools, hot tub, splash pad, and pickleball courts. Southern Utah Luxury is a text or phone call away and is always quick to respond. If needed, we can be at the property within a moment's notice to assist. Slide is not available at this time.
