It is located next to Grandpa's Pond Park and minutes from Sand Hollow and Quail Lake. 30 Minutes from Zion. It spaciously accommodates up to 10 guests and comes fully stocked. There is plenty of parking in the garage, driveway, and street. This property is professionally managed and maintained by Southern Utah Luxury Property Management. We are available 24/7 to assist you at any time during your stay. This house only gets better and better with the combined efforts of the Detailed and caring owners and top management services. Enter this single-level home through the livingroom into the updated kitchen overlooking the pools. Down the hall you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom, and a smart TV. The second room has a queen bed and the third bedroom is a bunk room with a twin over king bed and a pull-out twin bed that all-together sleeps 4 people. There is also a queen mattress pad and a queen air mattress to sleep additional people if needed. Guests will have access to the entire property besides one locked closet for owner use only. We are available for call, text, or email 24/7. Please let us know if you need anything! This home is in a quiet neighborhood right next to Grandpa's Pond with fishing, a playground, and a pavilion. Walmart is less than five minutes away. Sand Hollow State Park is 10 minutes away. Zion National Park and Snow Canyon State Park are 30 minutes away. A car is highly recommended. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. This property is dog-friendly. It is not recommended to park on the street. You can use the driveway for parking or a large space available on the side of the home. Please remember to open the side gate.
