The pool heating is free of charge and is controlled by a tablet screen device made available at the home. Pets are welcome, subject to breed and size approval, for a fee of $150 for the first pet and $50 per additional pet plus tax (5 pets maximum). There are no pets(i.e dogs) allowed in the pool.
