Caffeine fanatics rejoice as the kitchen features both a drip coffee machine and a Keurig. Prepare your favorite meal on the electric stovetop or cook al fresco on the included outdoor grill. Bedrooms & Baths -Master Suite – Unwind in your king bed overlooking the outdoor lounge and private pool. The attached bath with two sinks and a walk-in shower allows for total relaxation without stepping foot outside of your room. -Queen Bedroom – Featuring a cozy queen bed and walk-in closet -Full/Full Bedroom – two full beds and two closets with inviting beach décor -Shared hall bath with a shower/tub combo that offers easy pool access. Outdoor Amenities – With so many outdoor amenities, you may never leave the house! Numerous lounge chairs surround the private, crystalline pool. Dry off around the firepit under the shade of mature trees. Grill mouthwatering meals outside and then sway the night away in the woven hammock under the stars. Getting Around: Rental cars are strongly encouraged; ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are available though wait times may be quite long. Other Things to Note: 1) This home is dog-friendly! Once your booking is confirmed and you have let us know the number of dogs traveling with you, you'll receive a payment request for the dog fee of $150 for the first dog and $50 per additional dog (maximum 5 dogs total), plus any applicable taxes. The dog fee is non-refundable and helps ensure dog-related allergens are cleaned for future guests. Please note that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds, and there may be extra cleaning costs if excessive dog hair is found that cannot be removed through standard cleaning methods. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets other than dogs. 2) Coffee: All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig. 3) Pool Heating: Pool heating is $50 per day, for the entire duration of your stay or a 7-day minimum. There is no hot tub.
