Our fully furnished penthouse 1br apartment comes with stainless steel appliances, full kitchen and includes a washer and dryer in the unit. The suite is located on the 6th floor with an interior facing balcony. The suite has high ceilings and arching windows Our unit comes with a queen size bed, sofa, dining area, cable TV and wireless internet. There are 2 assigned parking spaces in our gated parking garage that is included with the rent. We provide plates, utensils, pots/ pans, towels and linens as well. Our guests can also upgrade internet and DirectTV packages as well as schedule additional cleaning service.
