We are a corporate housing company based in Los Angeles since 2012. Our fully furnished 1br apartment comes with stainless steel appliances, full kitchen and includes a washer and dryer in the unit. The suite is located on the 3rd floor with an exterior facing balcony. These are sample pics of our standard 1br units which all have similar design and color schemes. Our unit comes with a queen size bed, sofa, dining area, cable TV and wireless internet. There is 1 assigned parking space in our gated parking garage that is included with the rent. We provide plates, utensils, pots/ pans, towels and linens as well. Our guests can also upgrade internet and DirectTV.
