Notes: Must allow 24 hour notice showings. As we are friendly to our short term rental guests that are looking to rent for a few days we want to honor to them a home being available but due to new city laws. The city is making us find a long term rental and hope our guests can kindly understand. Outdoor ceiling heater is disconnected due to high risk city of brush fires. Speakers have been disconnected inside the home due to past guests disturbance to the neighbors. We do have portable speakers that are at the house for guest use during their stay. We do have one area of speakers that is for the living room tv. Interaction: available to client anytime. Neighbourhood: Close to the brentwood downtown shops and restaurants. Transit: uber, personal car or bus. House Manual: The heaters out side of The house are not working. The chandelier by the pool and main entrance of the house are for decoration only. There are cameras inside of the house but they all cover for privacy.
