The Space: An important note regarding the listing photos: We have multiple Abode’s at this property. Each one is designed to provide our guests a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The photos will give you a sense of this building’s style. While your Abode may vary slightly, it will be just as well designed. My home was built for modern living in the heart of Memphis. This fully furnished, all linens included, in-home washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen is the perfect home away from home. Guest Access: Guest have access to entire apartment. Interaction with Guests: Our staff and concierge team are never more than a screen touch away, available 24/7 to help you choose and book a home for your stay, make local recommendations and to handle any special requests or issues you may have with your apartment. Prior to your arrival we will be sending you check in instructions and there will be no need to physically check in with anyone when you get here. Getting Around: PARKING : No parking on site. We recommend parking your vehicle overnight in the Brinkley Plaza Garage directly across the street from Metro. Rates vary but are approx $15/24 hours. You can follow instructions for payment provided at the garage entrance which includes convenient online payment. Other Things to Note: | Other Things to Note Before Booking | | Same-Day Bookings | We work hard to make our homes available for same day booking for those guests in need. With that said, we require a 2-hour processing time from the point that your pre-arrival form is completed, to process and approve it, and provide access details. We ask that guests that are booking same day refrain from arriving before completing the pre-arrival form and confirmation that their reservation has been approved for check-in. | Locals | Due to restrictions placed on us by our landlord and as a condition pertaining to our ability to host, we are unable to accept reservations from guests local to the area (within 60 miles of the listing's city). By booking, you hereby accept and agree to this condition and that you'll be required to show proof of residency. Any reservation which does not comply with this restriction will be subject to cancellation. For each 30 days increment, an additional cleaning fee will be added to the stay. | ID/Credit Card Verification | Guests are required to digitally provide a valid government-issued ID and selfie prior to check-in. This specifically including a photo of the government identification near the face of the guest to verify possession. That identification and individual submitting it must match the name of the person making the reservation. There are no third party bookings allowed. Additional credit card verification is required for bookings where the OTA does not handle guest payments directly. This involves sending a photo of the card used for the booking and confirming a test charge before check-in can be approved.
