The Space: The apartment is renovated and features a queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen with all you'd need to cook a meal during your stay, a dining area, a large shower, ample closet space, a work desk, netflix and high speed internet. We also include beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella are provided for your use at the beach, which is located one block away. LOCATION: The property is just a short peaceful stroll to Miami Beach, 20 minutes from MIA (50 minutes from FLL) and 6 minutes from Club LIV inside the Fontainebleau Hotel, a premier Miami Beach nightclub. Smart, keyless entry for easy check-in/check-out process. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability. PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property.
