The unit is on one of the higher floors, tucked away from street noise. Metered street parking is right outside the condo, and a parking garage is only about 1 block away. If you plan on arriving on a Friday or Saturday for more than five nights, please inquire about availability before booking. We usually do not allow Friday or Saturday arrivals if the stay is more than five nights since it would cover two possible weekends. BED SET-UP: Please get in touch with our home caretaker via EMAIL at least 7 days before your arrival with your preferred bed set up (if you are singles or couples/queen/king beds vs. twin beds). SOPHISTICATED CUSTOMIZED BED SETUP: Please see the floor plan for furnishings and bed setup options. Please note that we have a sophisticated and flexible customized bed set-up for each guest, where each bedroom can be set up with 1 Queen/King or 2 Single beds.
