Please be aware that I may need to periodically access the property to do maintenance such as yardwork, etc. I will give you generous advance notice of the dates and times I will need to be on-site. There is a small cottage behind the main house which is a separate rental unit. It is typically rented to long-term traveling medical professionals. Please give them privacy by keeping your activity to the front yard and back deck.
