When driving into the driveway you will be greeted by the gorgeous one-story 4-bedroom 3-bathroom home with stunning modern architecture including high-ceilings and sparkling white porcelain flooring. The entrance to the home is outfitted with a state of the art smart lock for ease of entrance and exit. When entering through the door, you will see the bunk bed room. This room features a smart tv, a closet with shelves, twin over full bunk bed with a trundle, a workstation with a desk and chair, and direct access to a full bathroom. This full bathroom has a shower and plenty of counter space and storage. The laundry room has a brand new front loading washer and dryer, storage, and a deep sink. The sleek and clean garage has access to the home through the laundry room. The two guest bedrooms are right next to each other and feature luxurious king-sized beds, closets with shelves, and smart TVs. These bedrooms have easy access to a full bathroom with an all glass shower. The primary bedroom is spacious and lux with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, seating area, smart TV, and access to the primary full bathroom. This bathroom features dual sinks, a soaking tub, a separate area for the toilet, and a walk-in all glass shower. The main living area of the home is spacious and open with the kitchen flowing into the dining and living room. The fully-stocked chef’s kitchen has an island with bar seating and brand new Samsung kitchen appliances. The living room boasts a smart TV and a large seating area with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that overlook the gorgeous backyard. In the backyard, you can enjoy the outdoor kitchen and dining area overlooking the large heated pool (Pool heating is $50 per day, for the duration of your stay or a 7-day minimum), you can also enjoy the luxury loungers and seating area with a smart TV. The garage boasts bikes, umbrellas, folding chairs, cooler, and a foosball table. With plenty of space, proximity to the coast, and thoughtful amenities, you may never want to leave this unforgettable luxury property. Guest Access: Guests will be provided a check-in code on the morning of their reservation. This code will be programmed to the home's front door, and will be active throughout your reservation. The code to the garage will also be provided during your stay if you wish to access the property in that manner.
