The second and third floor units have been designated for mid-term housing, preferably for individuals within the medical profession, like traveling nurses or other hospital related personnel, but we are open to hosting professionals of other industries and grad-students as well. This specific apartment is on the Third floor and has 2 bedrooms. Bedrooms are spacious and clean. The entire unit is beautiful with a wide hallway. You are blocks away from Yale New Haven Hospital, Downtown New Haven, Union Train Station, the highway, and the New Haven police dept. The area is safe and is experiencing new commercial and residential building projects. We are renting the entire apartment for $2400. We are also willing to rent individual rooms for $1300 per month.
