Guest Access: Note there are three levels of stairs to get to the apartment's entry floor. Other Things to Note: Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $300 charge. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning.
