The restored Madison Square Park has beautiful landscaping, great views, historic sculptures, and constant music, art and food events. NoMad is centrally located in Manhattan and therefore, provides easy access to the rest of the city. Other Things to Note: Refer a property to Rove, get up $7,000 in cash. Terms and conditions apply. Email realestate @ rovetravel com with the property address for confirmation on referral eligibility. Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $300 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. Please note that this property requires a $5,000 credit hold for stays of less than 90 nights and $10,000 for stays of 90 nights or longer. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is confirmed as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
