Because of the radiant floor heating, thermostat changes will be gradual and temps will take hours to adjust. If you would like to stay more than 30 nights: in accordance with the Alaska Landlord Tenant act we require a signed lease agreement with management fee of $230 for the first 59 nights and then $80 for each 30 day block after 59 nights (for supplemental insurance). We also require a background check through Safely to validate your reservation.
