All beds feature premium linens and premium memory foam mattresses. There is also a roll away bed stored in the closet for a 5th person if needed. Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM. Any rule violation, unit damage, property disrespect, unreported extra guests, or parties will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction. NO SMOKING: No smoking allowed indoors. Smoking inside will result in a $200 fine. Other Notes: Amenities include free Wi-Fi, Smart TVs with Streaming Apps, and a fully equipped kitchen.
