There are blackout curtains in the bedroom, living room, and by the front door. Studio gets good light during the day if you like the windows open. Remote-controlled mini-split AC/heaters easily heat and cool the place within minutes. Best feature of this place is the close proximity to hospitals, restaurants, and businesses.
