There is a large outside 7ft deep pool with seating, 50" smart TV's in the living room and the King bedroom, desk and workstation, fast WiFi and everything you would need in the kitchen to feel at home. Guests are free to use any area of the house for personal use or to entertain friends. The house has been designed to accommodate a few individuals or large groups with lots of space for entertaining. It includes a 50 inch flat-screen TV, a plush sectional sofa queen bed that sleeps two, dining room table that has french door access to the pool deck so you're able to enjoy the view of the wonderful backyard whilst sipping a glass of wine. Kitchen: Full kitchen equipped with everything you will need on your stay! Comes with cooking utensils, coffee and tea maker, silverware, plates, cups & wine glasses, your very own dishwasher and a very large three-row oven. Pool & Backyard: Gorgeous backyard surrounded by trees, no backdoor neighbors and privacy fence makes this swimming pool by design completely private. It's also entirely private to you and has no shared access. The pool temperature averages 90 degrees in the summer months. We provide pool towels, lounge chairs, rattan furniture and a safety fence for kids. Driveway/Parking: your own private secure driveway that can fit up to 6 vehicles at a time! Laundry Room: You will also have access to your own private washer and dryer located inside the home! We also provide an iron, ironing board and even a steamer for those who need their suits steamed before that wedding or business meeting. To allow flexible check-in and, guests will be provided a 4-digit combination code to the red front door on the day of arrival. The neighborhood is transitional but neighbors are kind. The property is covered by security cameras on the outside front, sides and pool area including a doorbell camera for safety and an internal noise awareness device. This is also listed on Airbnb. You can access all parts of the property except the stairs leading to the upstairs apartment. The pool and backyard is private to yourself and the guests in the apartment cannot access this.
