The Space: This home is a street-level access with two levels within the apartment. The living room, kitchen, and full bathroom are located on the first (ground) floor, and the bedroom is located in the upper loft area within the home. Please Note: This property is located next to a freeway. Audible road noise can be expected. An important note regarding the listing photos: We have multiple Abode’s at this property. Each one is designed to provide our guests a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The photos will give you a sense of this building’s style. While your Abode may vary slightly, it will be just as well designed. This is a spacious 1 bedroom loft unit with street-level, private access. ENTERTAINMENT Your Abode is equipped with a smart TV or streaming device (Roku) which allows guests to access their own streaming accounts that are automatically logged out at checkout. Your Abode does not have cable or satellite service but the streaming device does provide some free TV and movie content. It’s a hip residential/industrial neighborhood a stone’s throw away from the Philadelphia Convention Center, Chinatown, Center City, and Drexel University College of Medicine. Walking directly south on N. 12th Street will put you in the center of it all with world-class restaurant
