Game room in the finished basement, great patio area, smart tvs in both bedrooms and living room, fast wifi, cooking utensils and dinnerware included, quiet block, just a short walk to all the action- Casino, live music, Frankford Ave, 2nd St., restaurants, bars, breweries, waterfront, public transportation, jogging and biking trail, major roadways, shopping, and entertainment. Central A/C and comfy beds! Our home has been fully furnished to guarantee a great stay and create fun experiences in each corner. The kitchen will come fully stocked with: -Silverware, plates, bowls, knives, glasses, wine glasses, cookware, utensils, and some baking supplies. -Basic appliances: Stove, Dishwasher, Fridge, Toaster & Microwave, Washer & Dryer. -There is a drip coffee maker on site in the kitchen with complimentary coffee for our guests to enjoy, along with sweetener and creamer. -There is a blender located in the kitchen cabinets if you would like to make smoothies or other blended drinks. There is a dining table and chairs outside in the back patio area for our guests to sit out back and enjoy some fresh air with string lights hanging overhead.
