This space features all new stainless steel kitchen appliances, new quartz counters, PLENTY of cabinet space including an island with bar seating, washer/dryerw combo, Smart TVs, queen sized bed in bedroom as well as a pull out couch in the living room. A great place to enjoy your morning coffee! The kitchen will come fully stocked with silverware, plates, bowls, knives, glasses, wine glasses, cookware, utensils, and some baking supplies. There is a drip coffee maker on site in the kitchen with complimentary coffee for you to enjoy, along with sweetener and creamer. There is a blender located in the kitchen cabinets if you would like to make smoothies or other blended drinks. A microwave is located above the range for you to use, and there is a toaster in the kitchen also. The entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. But please remember that you are in a residential area, so please be respectful to our neighbors.
