The Casita is located in Phoenix's historic Encanto District, the newly (Oct 2021) remodeled 550 ft guest home / casita sits behind our main home in a fenced back yard. Guests will enjoy private entrance & patio along with the new queen size bed, sheets and linens, the sofa converts easily into another queen bed, washer / dryer, full kitchen & bathroom, office desk area, two large closets & Roku TV. There are some great restaurants, coffee, beer & sandwich shops a short walk from the casita.

We're located nearby several medical facilities including: Saint Josephs Hospital, Select Specialty Hospital, Phoenix Children's Hospital, Abrazo & Dignity Health. Guest access Parking is free and well lit in front of our home. You're welcome to enjoy our great weather on the patio or backyard. We're nearby two light rail stations. There are also shared E-bikes & scooters downtown. Other things to note This is a great neighborhood full of friendly neighbors out jogging and walking their dogs. There's even a pet llama you might see walking the neighborhood. Also keep an eye out for the large flock of local love birds ( little green parrots ) who enjoy the bird feeder in the back yard.
