This townhome is 3 stories. The first floor has the 2-car garage and kitchen. The second floor has the living room, a bedroom and bath. The third floor had 2 primary bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms. The third floor has an exterior spiral staircase that leads to a rooftop deck on the fourth story.
