We live 15 minutes from this property and can be available if you need anything at all. Located within the Brownstone Commons townhome community. This community features 30 row style townhomes. Located within walking distance of the Valley Metro Light Rail and moments from the I-17 freeway. You can easily get to any point in the valley with a short drive or ride on the light rail. This townhome is 3 stories. The first floor has the 2-car garage and kitchen. The second floor has the living room, a bedroom and bath. The third floor had 2 primary bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms. The third floor has an exterior spiral staircase that leads to a rooftop deck on the fourth story. Notice: As a condition of your stay, we require the acknowledgment of a rental agreement within 24 hours of your confirmed booking. You will receive a link to your rental agreement within 5 minutes of your confirmed reservation. To protect the property, security cameras are located around the exterior facing the following locations: The driveway/ street and the Front Door. These security cameras are active at all times.
